Welcome to Project: Barba Rubia, a group of professionals and students from over 20 countrie sponsored by rotary Club La Reina Alta in Santiago, joined together with one common goal - to rebuild an earthquake-damage school in the rural stretches of Chile's 7th region, 4 hours south of Santiago.
